IronPython - replace column values

Dear all, I'm quite new to Spotfire and tried to cruise a lot in the forum and API documentation without finding the correct information. I'm using an IronPython script to compute new values from existing columns. My script is using cursors to loop inside the source columns and store all the results within a 1D array. Now I'm just looking for the correct method to replace the target column with my computed array... Thanks in advance Mathieu
