    File not opening after installing updates

    Hi,

    My Spotfire file is not opening after I downloaded the updates. When I try opening the file, spotfire crashes. My collegue can open it as he has not ran the updates.

    Do you think installing updates is the reason for this crash? Please suggest me a solution or else I will have to re-create the whole file again.
