Using multiple select control within custom expression

Hi! Can you please help with writing the right custom expression? I have column [Year] (2009-2012), column [Month] (1-12), column [Measure] (Sale,Volume,Value, etc) and column [Brand]. Treemap visualization should be sized by [Measure] (selected by user over Multiple control property) for selected time period, where user can also choose [Year] from single property control and [Month] from multiple Control property I tried smth like avg(if ([Year]="") and ([Month]=$map("$esc(${Month})",","), $Measure, null), but it doesn't work( Thank you!
