I have multiple clients using webplayer to access their reports.  I need to get each user's credentials and login authentications from his/her company using its implemented process accessing company's directory access (i.e. LDAP, AD.)

Are there any services that I could call to pass userid and password of the user form received token that I can bypass the webplayer login process?

    Thank you so much

    Hello MRG,

Using Kerberos you can set up single sign on for both the Professional client as for the Webplayer.
We have done this for several of our customers, but it is not something that can be described in a few sentences. It is usually a consulting arrangement to implement. Tibco does provide documentation, so you may want to contact support.

    Kind regards, Andre

Re: Single Sign On (Tibco Application Data Services)

@Siva - this is not a quick fix, u cannot get solutions on forum. If so you are lucky, but u need to engage with TIBCO for SSO setup.

@mrg - once SSO setup is done you can use session variables of spotfire to override 2nd authentication of Spotfire webplayer.
