Position Description Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated analytics solutions.  Partners with team members and end users to identify, evaluate, and develop analytics initiatives which are effective and meet user requirements. Creates and documents specifications for analytics applications to meet business requirements.  Designs, develops, and configures applications that use Tibco Spotfire to deliver complex analytics applications around specific business and clinical problems.  May plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing and complete product documentation.  May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems design or data issues.
